Okay Stay near the Airport

water marks limited cleanliness

The room looked somewhat worn. Water marks were visible on the side tables, and there was some grime around the large mirror. The upgrade for my daughter's birthday was appreciated. Still, it felt a little disappointing because the cleanliness wasn't what I expected. I thought it could have been better maintained overall, given the hotel's reputation, though.

convenient location breakfast buffet

The location could NOT be any more convenient. I could see the terminal from my window. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It had lots of options, which I definitely appreciated.

a forgettable stay

faulty air conditioning poor compensation

the air conditioning didn't work properly. a technician told me the system was set to heat only. my room reached 24 degrees. i could only turn it off completely, it felt stuffy and i couldn't open the windows. the receptionist offered a complimentary beer, but this didn't really compensate for a €200 night.

convenient location excellent breakfast clean room inadequate service long queue long waiting

The location is very convenient. It is just across the street from the airport. the breakfast was excellent! the room was very clean and well appointed.

The restaurant service was inadequate and could not cope with the number of guests. it took a long time to get a table. i was in a queue to check in for over an hour. This was very inconvenient.
